Ashley - Office Manager

Hi. My name is Ashley. I started working with Dr. Smith in April of 2011. I was born and raised in Lake Stevens, graduating from Lake Stevens High School in 2001. My husband and I love traveling and camping. Our favorite places we visit often are Oahu, Hawaii and Diablo Lake. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family. Other passions include reading, cooking, decorating, organizing, and creating all kinds of crafting projects. We have wild and crazy two cats named Arlo and Guinness who keep us entertained. I love being here at Arlington Pediatric Dentistry because it's a great environment and the kids are so fun to work with.

Heidi - Financial Coordinator

Hi! My name is Heidi. I have worked in the dental field for over twenty years and I've been with Arlington Pediatric Dentistry since 2014. I absolutely love being a part of the team. I grew up in Snohomish County and I am married and have a teenage daughter who is growing up way too quickly. I enjoy spending time with my family traveling and being outdoors. My favorite hobbies are hiking, mushroom picking, and snorkeling. I hunt for morel and chantrel mushrooms, but my hunting spot is a secret!

Melody - Treatment Coordinator

Hi! My name is Melody. I started working with Dr. Smith and the team at Arlington Pediatric September 2021. I am originally from Indiana. You would be surprised to know that I am a triplet! I have been married to my wonderful husband for over 20 years. We have two teenage children who keep me busy. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time at the beach because I love the ocean, Starbucks (especially collecting their fun cups and mugs), and couponing. I look forward to meeting you and your family on your next dental visit.

Paty - Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Paty. I was born in Mexico and moved to Washington 19 years ago. I have been working in the dental field since 2010. I love working with kids because they are so much fun. I started working for Dr. Smith in August of 2017. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my husband of 10 years and our two wonderful boys. Together, we love doing outside activities like hiking and going to different parks. Our favorite thing to do is to take family road trips over to Eastern Washington.
